All payments for services must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. We accept various payment methods, and full payment is required before the completion of the services unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Liability Limitations
Just Packers is committed to providing safe and reliable services. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability for any loss or damage to your belongings is limited to the amount specified in our insurance policy.
6. Insurance
We offer full transit insurance for your belongings during the moving process. It is your responsibility to understand the terms of the insurance coverage and to ensure that your items are adequately insured.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, India.
